Phase 2: Build the rocket

The key to developing a loyal user base is getting your users to see the right messages. At the right stage of their user journey.We’ll begin with the first flow in the agreed roadmap. Our team will design a detailed email flow map that outlines the strategy, goals and a high-level overview of content for each email within the map.Once the email flow map is approved, we’ll craft conversion-focused copy for each email and oversee implementation into your ESP.

Phase 3: Optimize and refuel

After 30 days, we’ll conduct a performance audit to analyze the results of the first flow, identifying high-performing messages and new areas of opportunity.We’ll map out next steps, whether that means running tests on the launched flow or building new flows to fix additional gaps.We’ll repeat 1 through 3 until your email program becomes a reliable revenue system that’s converting well at every stage of the user journey.

Terms and Conditions: Consulting Services

The Preamble
In these conditions “the Customer” means the person, firm or company who commissions the services of Grace Unlimited LLC “the Company”. By commissioning the Company to undertake work on their behalf, the Customer agrees that these Terms and Conditions define our working relationship. All projects, services or goods that the Company may be contracted to produce or provide for the Customer will be subject to the following:
Consultation Fees
The purchase of a Consultation or Consultation Package will constitute an agreement between The Company and of the terms and conditions on this page.
Consultation or Consultation Package must paid for in full before work commences.
Completed and outstanding consultations
Consultations are considered complete upon the conclusion of the scheduled time. Other services such as copywriting services, revisions, execution or optimization contracted on the client’s behalf constitute a separate project and can be treated as a separate charge.
Availability of Consultant
Consultations may be scheduled up to three (3) months from time of purchase. Consultant shall make herself reasonably available for consultations during normal business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
Nature of property belonging to others
The Customer agrees to exercise due diligence in its direction to The Company regarding preparation of materials and must be able to substantiate all claims and representations. The Customer is responsible for all trademark, service mark, copyright and patent infringement clearances. The Customer is also responsible for arranging, prior to publication, any necessary legal clearance of materials The Company prepares. The Company will not be held liable for any legal infringements as a result of work being distributed or published under the direction of The Customer.
Errors and omissions
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check material carefully for accuracy in all respects. The Company is not liable for errors or omissions. In the case of the Execution Add On, the Customer’s signature or that of his authorized representative is required prior to implementation into the Client's Email Service Provider.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees not to misuse or disclose any confidential information that may be made available by The Client.
The Company retains the right to display all content elements and A/B or MVT tests as examples of its work online and as content features in other projects, including but not limited to conference presentations, webinars and free or paid products. Unless expressly agreed, The Company agrees not to disclose information of a private nature, including the following data about The Customer: traffic volume, conversion rates, average order value.
The Customer allows The Company to disclose at least the following for the purposes of at least one case study: the process of working with The Customer; information about the visitors, customers and prospects of The Customer; voice of customer data gathered during this project; the process of turning raw data into testable copy; the process of setting up the test, including the platform used and the dates in which the test run; and the test results, including goals, conversion lift, confidence reached and next steps. At no time will business-sensitive data be shared in any case study presented by The Company.
Force majeure
Production schedules will be established and adhered to by both Customer and the Company, provided that neither shall incur any liability, penalty or additional cost due to delays caused by a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, industrial dispute or strike, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the Customer or the Company.
Cancellations
If the consult is cancelled by The Customer, none (0%) of the fee or other received payments will be returned to The Customer. If the project is cancelled by The Company at any time - except for legal reasons or failure to comply on the part of the Customer or due to forces of nature - The Company will return the percentage of fee commensurate to work completed.
Limitation
The Customer will indemnify and hold the Company harmless for any loss or expense (including legal fees), and agree to defend the Company in any actual lawsuit, claim or action arising in any way from our working relationship. This includes, but is not limited to claims made against the Customer and any of its products and services arising from the publication of materials that we prepare and the customer approves before publication.
Exclusion of liability
Under no circumstances whatever shall the Company be liable for losses special to the particular circumstances of the Customer, indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits, damage to property or wasted expenditure. Without prejudice to the other provisions of these conditions, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the total of the contract fees for the project. The fees for any project are based on the assumption that the liability of the Company and Customer are as set out herein.
General
The validity and enforceability of this agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel, but the Company reserves the right to bring proceedings in connection with this contract in any other court of competent jurisdiction. Failure by the Company to enforce any of these conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that condition or any other condition.
Variation in Terms
These terms can only be varied, amended or altered by written agreement between The Company and The Customer.
